Admission Procedure

  • Parents seeking admission in this school for their wards are required to register their wards' names, classes for which admissions are sought, after paying the registration fees if any.
  • Registration of children for admission does not confirm the admission of the child.
  • Admissions are based on the number of seats available.
  • If the numbers of applicants exceed the availability of seats, then, admission will be on the basis of pure merit.
  • In the matter of admission, the decision of the School Management is final.
  • A Student coming from recognized School within the state must produce the Leaving Certificate, Report Cards etc of the School last attended.
  • A student coming from a school outside the state must produce a Leaving Certificate, counter-signed by the Education Officer of the State in which the school is located.
  • Students from other schools will be subjected to a written test in all subjects. The parent or guardian must submit an affidavit, made before a Stipendiary Magistrate, clearly stating:
    1. The reason for the child not attending a recognized school.
    2. The name of the unrecognized school.
    3. The class attended and the subjects taught.
    4. The exam passed if any.
  • Parents seeking admission in this school for their wards are required to register their wards' names, classes for which admissions are sought, after paying the registration fees if any.
  • Applications for T.C. received after 26th of february will be considered only on payment of first term fees.
  • Applications for T.C received after 1st October will be considered only on payment of full year fees. (2 term fees)
  • T.C will be issued only to the applicants who have cleared all the dues.
  • Clearance should be obtained from
    • School office               : For School fees paid
    • Transport office        : For Bus fees paid
    • Library                           : For Books not returned/damaged
    • Lab-in-charges         : For Lab Equipment damaged/Broken /lost/stolen
    • Sports-in-charge      : For sports goods/Equipment damage to school property
    • Principal                        : Damage to School property
  • A student may be asked to leave the School on the following grounds:
    1. Irregular Attendance
    2. Indiscipline
    3. Non-payment of School fees and other dues.
    4. Diseases which pose a threat to the health of other students.
    5. When it is found that his/her continuation in the School is not conducive to the School and the fellow students.
