- Only those students who pay bus fees in advance can avail the bus facility provided by the school.
- The bus fees will be charged for the entire year and is to be paid in two installments.
- The bus fees once paid is not refundable, transferable or adjustable.
- Parents should ensure that their wards are at their respective School Bus stops on time. The bus will not wait for the ward beyond the stipulated time.
- Request for change of stop or route should be directed to the in-charge of the Transport Department. The request may be granted subject to payment of any extra charges as applicable. Fees (Full/Part) already paid will not be refunded at any cost in this regard.
- In case of any genuine complaints or difficulty with regard to the school transport the matter may be discussed with the in-charge of transport at the school office after 10.00 am. Parents are requested not to take up any transport matter with the driver/conductor. The annual increase in the school bus fee will be around 10%.
- Parents of Bal Vatika kids are requested to be at the pick-up stops on time to receive their rewards.
- If a student misbehaves in the bus, the management reserves the right to cancel the bus service of that particular student and he/she will not be allowed to avail the School Bus facility without refunding the school bus fees.
- If for some reasons, your ward is not using the school bus on a particular day, parents are asked to notify the office in advance in writing or over the phone or inform the bus driver on his mobile to avoid delays.
- If the student who use the school transport one time(morning/evening) they have to pay 75% of the bus fee.
