PARENT'S CONSENT
- See that my child goes to school on time.
- Support the school policies and guidelines for behaviour and discipline.
- Ensure that my child carries diary to school daily.
- Not enter the classroom or meet teachers without prior permission.
- Not request for short leave or half day leave under any unwanted circumstance
- Notify any change in address or telephone number immediately
- Ensure that my ward makes up for work missed due to leave.
- Ensure prompt follow up of medical report sent by the school.
- Inform the class teacher, head of the institution and school doctor incase my ward suffers from any specific disease/allergy/or has undergone an operation/is under medication
- Take an interest in what my child is learning about.
